She is an insightful and empathetic counsellor with over 25 years of counselling experience. She works from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, solution-focused framework with a lens sharply focused on helping clients to achieve their very best through gentle, collaborative exploration.

Originally from the UK and now loving living in the Sunshine Coast hinterland she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from a long career supporting people facing adversity in both countries.
