She is an insightful and empathetic counsellor with over 20 years of counselling experience. She works from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, solution-focused framework with a lens sharply focused on helping clients to achieve their very best through gentle, collaborative exploration.

Jay has personal experience of separation, divorce, and blended family living. Originally from the UK and now loving living in Brisbane she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from a long career supporting people facing adversity in both countries.
